This was my first time as a patient at the Cara Mia Dermatology Clinic. From the time that I walked into the most pleasant front office/reception area, the aura felt so welcoming. Sadly, I didn't get the names of the two ladies that worked at the check-in and check-out desks, they were so very kind. I was totally impressed with their extremely polite, yet very professional demeanor. When I met Caritta, MA she was so very warm, knowledgeable, and amazingly pleasant. Caritta was plain and simple, awesome. She answered all of my questions with such thoroughness. Dr. Schleve had me impressed with his ability to assess my situation immediately, I was quite impressed with his medical interpretation of my needs. Overall, I highly recommend this dermatology clinic/facility, as I was thoroughly impressed with the overall care and reception that I encountered and received. I give them a well deserved 10 out of 10 stars, ranking, kudos and anything else that can give them the highest compliments in all areas of professional care rendered.

These folks are amazing! The staff from check in to walking out the door are top of the line. Dr. Jonathan Cox is easily one of the most dynamic forward thinking docs I’ve ever interacted with. He earnestly listens to any concerns you have and answers any and all questions, truly a great doc. Absolutely recommend!

Very good experience. Staff is helpful, both in person and over the phone. Had to fight insurance about prior auths and appeals and the office really went to bat for me. Dr. Broussard is excellent. She took her time with the skin exam which is very reassuring. I've had derms in the past look for less than 30 seconds but she really inspected the skin diligently.

Dr Broussard was impressive. I drove over an hour to get to her because of the reviews I had heard from my oncologist. Dr. Broussard was very informed on hair loss, hormones, medicines, interactions, pricing, etc. Another thing that really impressed me was her demeanor from the get-go. She was easy to talk to, listened very well, explained my options in an easy manner. I’m definitely coming back. Only reason why I didn’t get five stars is because they were running extra late that day, but I was impressed how she pivoted to the crunch time.

The doctor I saw was great. However, I contacted my insurance provider following the visit and found out that I was incorrectly charged (over 2x) for the visit. Unfortunately I will seek alternative options in the future and cannot recommend this practice to others.
