For the first time I left my facial appointment with my face not red and burning! I have super sensitive skin and have always had terrible experiences getting a facial. Kait listened to my concerns and gave me a relaxing and wonderful experience. My face was normal and not bright red after her treatment. I will definitely return and will highly recommend her to my friends.

Excellent visit to Cara Mia. Staff was prompt and very courteous. Emily was very pleasant, explaining every step of the process and gave me ample time to ask any questions I had. Very nice practice.

My entire experience was great beginning to end! From scheduling, to calling and discussing insurance coverage, checking in with the front office, to the actual appointment, it all went smoothly and everyone who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Anya and Alexandra were amazing during my exam and made me feel at ease and reassured me every step of the process.

I had the best facial today with Kate. She was so nice and so very informative on skincare. I bought several products that I think will work well with my normal skincare routine. I will definitely see her again for a facial!

Disorganized and not able to accommodate Telehealth patients. We are literally the easiest to accommodate. Nurse sent me a random email telling me I had to send her all my personal information plus photos the day of appointment via email exchange that clearly sends information to entire medical team before I could connect with Dr. Laou, I saw the doctor sign on and then sign off. Yet they sent a pdf that explains how their portal should work. Unprofessional and WEIRD!
