This office has gone downhill after the Epiphany merger; I had been going here for several years prior. The office feels cold and unfriendly, Dr. P repeated to me 2-3 times the cost of a simple procedure, which was twice as much as it used to be. She made a backhanded comment about my choice to hold off on another issue. Her nurses were awkward and robotic. Maybe it was just a bad day, I don't know, but I have not gone back and go to a nicer office in town.

The office staff processed the paperwork efficiently and I saw Dr P at the scheduled time. I was impressed that she took care of me personally instead of an assistant. I also liked how she mentored her staff: She explained to them what she was doing, and why. I've seen doctors who come into the room, do something, bark some orders to their staffs and go to their next patient. Dr. P is building a good team there that can better serve patients.

The front desk was very welcoming from my initial appointment to check-in. Dr. Piantanida was both personable and professional. I particularly liked her clear, direct explanations of both options and expectations. She also noticed a potential problem for further examination that I had not seen. I highly recommend Dr. Piantanida and her staff.

Met at our appointment time, was friendly, though also efficient and knowledgeable. As importantly, she was very attentive to the post-appointment follow-ups and needed communications. I won't hesitate to return for subsequent visits under her care

That was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. Waited over half an hour past my appointment time to be seen, was asked virtually no questions about why I was there, and the exam was an absolute joke. I was there with legitimate skin cancer concerns and all she tried to do was sell me on acne treatments. The biggest waste of time and money I have ever experienced. Cant NOT recommend enough.
