Mychelle Chapman was very warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a consultation to see what laser would work best for my rosacea. She showed me before and after photos, which helped me decide to make an appointment to get the laser done. I won’t be able to get it done for a couple of months, so I will do another review to update the prognosis of how it went. I am very happy with the service I’ve already experienced!

Booked an appointment for 2 issues and a new patient appointment. Was told by the medical assistant after I arrived that it would just take too long to do both and I had to pick one. The Dr. Spent no more than 5 minutes with me and ask no personal information questions beyond what do I do for work. I was treated like an inconvience. Will not return for any other issues. The front office staff was fantastic for booking the appointment and check in. The MA was also kind and efficient.

My first appointment with this practice was 22 January. I had a pleasant encounter with Dr. Babcock. After that, my opinion of the practice has deteriorated drastically. I was prescribed a medication that required a prior authorization from my insurance. That’s no issue at all - I know that can take a few days or a week. I’ve yet to receive this medication and it’s now 23 March. I’ve called the clinical line 6 times in total. The last two times with no calls back. The initial call I was told the medication was sent to Evans pharmacy. I called the second time, after speaking with Evans pharmacy, and let them know that Evans had requested a prior authorization 3 days earlier but it was never completed. I called a third time to confirm that the prior authorization was done - they stated that the medication was denied and needed to be sent to PhilRX. I received no communication at all from PhilRX. I received a call from a clinical staff who stated that that the prior authorization was denied and needed to be sent to PhilRX. I explained that the last time I had called, I was told this and I was also told it would be sent at that point - it never was sent. This lady made sure that my contact information was correct and immediately after getting off the phone, I received a text message from PhilRX (one eventful encounter, but I do appreciate this young lady very much). I left a voicemail the week before last because PhilRX still has not sent me anything and keeps saying there is nothing to do on my end, that it relies on the doctor. I called again this last week to just get another appointment because I’m sick of this process completely Still received no call back. I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated in this entire process. My three month appointment (with no medication at this point) comes up in 4 weeks. 🙃

Dr. Lofgreen is truly amazing. He is a straightforward physician—extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and provides excellent patient care and customer service. You feel confident and well-informed under his care. Kathryn, his nurse, is equally outstanding. She is incredibly caring and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure patients fully understand post-surgery instructions and procedures. Her compassion and follow-through make a stressful experience much easier. Nicole at the front desk deserves special recognition. She was the only front desk staff member who was not rude each time we gave went in. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely ensures patients are taken care of—even when others refuse to fill open or missing appointments. (We had to walk in per doctors orders because phone staff would not make appointment) Unfortunately, there was unprofessional behavior observed from other front desk staff, including discussing rudeness, disgust for us walking in, (my husband and me) while we were still seated in the waiting room. Despite the front desk challenges, I am extremely thankful for Dr. Lofgreen, Kathryn, and Nicole. If you can get past the front desk experience, (happened 3 times) the doctors and nurses here are truly exceptional.

They answered all my questions giving me options and explaining some of the things I was seeing on my skin. I appreciated them saying some of the thing while "fixable" wasn't going to be harmful if left alone and that on one spot it may actually make movements harder in the long run. They were friendly and did great on the spots/growth I decided I wanted removed.
