I arrived very early, because there was a glitch in the documents I needed to fill out ahead of my appt. I got through most of it but the continue button would not let me continue. I did not not dare to be late after a number of texts indicating I must NOT be late. The office waiting room has a captivating view of The City and a presented a pleasant first impression. I was ushered in early and waited only a minute or two for Dr MacGregor to come in. Another very positive first impression. He is professional, yet friendly and comfortable from the get go. He asked probing questions, listening to the answers and my concerns. He took great care to check areas I had concern over and ended up doing three biopsies. I'm not a fan of going downtown but I was very impressed by his thoroughness. So iI will follow through with the next appt.

I had such a great experience with David J MacGregor MD and couldn’t be happier with my visit. I came in for Botox and filler, and he also treated the sun spots on my face and hands that I had thought were just dry patches. I really appreciated how much time was spent explaining everything to me. I learned so much about proper skin care and how to better protect and care for my skin moving forward. I left feeling informed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. The results look amazing, and I’ll definitely be making visits with Dr. MacGregor a regular part of my beauty and health routine. Highly recommend!

Dr. MacGregor is very patient and kind, which really helps me feel comfortable asking any questions. He explained that ultimately, everything is my choice, making me feel empowered rather than pressured to undergo any specific procedure. I can also stop at any point if I start to feel overwhelmed. I trust his advice because he’s not trying to sell me something; there have been several times when he told me certain procedures weren’t necessary based on his personal assessment. His staff is also extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I have complete trust in all of them.

I have been a patient of Dr. MacGregor for over 15 years. His diagnostic and clinical expertise has been exemplary. Over more than a decade, Dr. MacGregor has consistently showed a commitment to my skin health successfully treating my multiple skin cancers caused by extensive sun exposure in my youth. Now in my older age I am so grateful to have Dr. MacGregor as my dermatologist and I highly recommend him to anyone with similar problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. MacGregor's for over 15 years. He is a fantastic doctor - smart, attentive, caring, kind, and a warm sense of humor. He sets the tone for the entire office. The best dermatologist I have ever worked with! Spectacular and convenient location just off Union Square in SF>
