Dr. Hemperly and all of the staff are and have always been excellent providers. Super friendly and helpful. They listen to me and ask great questions to make sure I’m getting the best care. Having seen several dermatologists over the years, you all are the most knowledgeable and helpful and kind I’ve been to. Last note, I LOVE YOIR FISH AQUARIUM!! I look forward to finding all my favorite fish while I’m waiting.

I found the office to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and greet you when you arrive. The fish tank was very relaxing to be by. I was lucky enough to be there when it was feeding time. The doctor was very friendly and thorough. Explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend your office to family and friends.

This review is long overdue, but I feel so lucky to have Dr. Igo as my dermatologist. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always takes the time to be helpful and thorough. The front desk staff is wonderful and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. CJ is absolutely amazing as well! Malik and Magdalene the dermatology assistants truly go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. I’m sorry if I didn’t spell the names correctly! Overall, I highly recommend this dermatology clinic. I’m so thankful to have found them and genuinely appreciate the level of care they provide to their patients. 11/10! 😊

I was referred to West Dermatology by my PCP, and as someone visiting a dermatology clinic for the first time, I was honestly pretty anxious going in. I’ve had difficult experiences with doctors and clinics in the past, so I was expecting to feel overwhelmed and discouraged again. But from the moment I walked into West Dermatology, the energy felt completely different. Dr. Jonathan Igo and his assistant Diana were both incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and helped calm my anxiety in a way that truly meant a lot to me. I never felt rushed, overstimulated, or dismissed. Which is something I deeply appreciated. Their compassion and reassurance helped settle my nerves and made my first dermatology experience such a positive one. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and kindness they showed me. Thank you, Dr. Igo and Diana, for making such a meaningful difference during my visit.

Western Dermatology was punctual professional Dr. Heberle I believe not sure on the spelling it might have been Dr. Bruja. I know the nurse was Uma. The doctor found a basal cell on the back of my tricep. I never would have seen it or known he did an excellent job stitching me up. They were fast, efficient and professional. Uma answered all my questions. She was very nice Young lady, sincerely Cliff The photo is just less than 48 hours after surgery thanks again…
