Dr. Barrio is the most thorough, empathetic and detailed physician I have ever had. She takes the time to look at my entire medical background before making treatment suggestions. She throughly explains treatment options and provides her reasons for why she feels certain medications may or may not be effective. She encourages me to communicate with other members of my health team so that all of my medications align with my overall health and well-being.

Doctor is great and knowledgeable. Reception not so favorable. My appt. was 4:10 on a Friday with traffic i didn't plan on. I was 15 minutes late and could clearly here talking among the Reception from the hall. I knocked a good 5 minutes and at 4:30 she yanked the door open. I explained i had an appt. She replied to me with aditude as if I was bothering her. Its much to late to be seen by the doctor she said and shut the door in my face. How is it that a person with no social etiquette is in charge of a doctors practice? Maybe she was referred for this job by another employee. Careful who is representing your practice. Some are not meant for power positions. They can't handle it and it simply goes to their heads. Looking for a less stressful clinic that hires professionals to run things.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff was shockingly rude and dismissive toward patients, including myself. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than people seeking care. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of communication, empathy, and basic courtesy. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially in situations that can already be stressful or vulnerable. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues and provide proper customer service training. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this place to others

My experience with this dermatologist is bad services. Doctor Nick Celano is a very unorganized and not reliable doctor that I have to work with. I personally wanted a female doctor since they are more understanding and patient. I have to work with him since my medial condition is severe. My first time with him was that he was telling over and over again, it’s not curable. I know what my condition is but as a doctor do not be rude about it. Second visit, he was rude to my friend who was supporting me. I did not appreciate his attitude nor the nurses who were very unorganized and not paying attention to the doctor. Dr. Nick kept coming in and out of the room. I felt that he didn’t appreciate my time which I had to wait two weeks for. I did not like how the nurse asked what I was in for and should know very well what I was coming in for. Third, none of the nurses nor doctor are giving me any information about what Sharp hospital to go to for my injection which is very unprofessional and unorganized matter. I haven’t heard nothing for 4 days. I emailed them so that I can get documentation and proof of me waiting for any information. Please do your guys job right instead of letting the patients suffer because of your pride.

I can’t speak for all doctors here, but I do NOT recommend Dr. Abby Tyagi. She was cold and offered nothing insightful when it came to my concerns. My full body mole check took less than one minute, and when it came to my concerns about hair thinning her responses to my questions about products she offered were “nobody is forcing you to do anything” and “these might help they might not who knows”. What a waste of time and money. The ladies at the front desk were very nice however if you can choose a different doctor, I would. Left feeling worse then when I arrived.
