I had an appointment with Dr. Pousti to get a cyst removed and the process from start to finish was fantastic. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the front desk. I was seen quickly and Dr. Pousti made me feel comfortable before he removed my cyst painlessly and efficiently. He's a fantastic doctor - I recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pousti, Dr. Resh Sateesh, Dr. Chiang and the entire team at San Diego Family Dermatology. I have been a patient here for years and every time I walk through the door, I am greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and runs like clockwork — appointments are always on time, and everything feels calm and organized. I most recently visited the office this last Monday where I saw Dr. Pousti and after leaving my appointment, knew I had to finally take the time to leave a review! Dr. Pousti is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling heard, informed, and confident in my care plan. Whether it's routine skin checks, cosmetic treatments, or more complex concerns, the doctors here bring expertise and a reassuring bedside manner that’s hard to find. I also want to shout out the office staff — from the front desk to the medical assistants, everyone is friendly, efficient, and truly seems to care about your experience. Had a great Dermatology checkup with Dr. Pousti in the Clairmont office of SD Family Derm today. Dr. Poisti was very professional, super helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jacob did a great job getting me positioned in the examination room and ready for Doctor. Was a great experience. Thanks SD Family Derm!

5 stars to the doctor, 0 stars to the clinic for very long wait times. I arrived on time. I was still waiting in the lobby 35 minutes after being checked in for my appointment. I then waited in the exam room some more. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate waiting for extended periods to be seen. I have an appointment time for a reason. The doctor is attentive and thorough, no issues there.

Best dermatologists ever and Ive seen a few of the self-proclaimed best Drs all over. I moved to SD recently and my daughter recommended this practice- I wanted an annual check- a baseline and to have someone with whom I could check in every year or should a problem occur. I saw a Dr there months ago for a mole/cyst on my face but at the time it was small and wasn't bothering me. In 3 months it had grown and I was constantly touching it and tugging on it- so went back and saw Dr Pousti who was really good at explaining step by step procedure and didn't even feel the injection- some Drs just have a gift as the biopsy never hurt even after the lidocaine wore off- I really like the staff- from the front office staff to the nurses and the lovely Dr. The offices are (at least the exam room I was in) was spotless and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a really good Dr- he paid attention as id told the nurse I am in AFib and always request non epic at the dentists- and when he came in to do the biopsy, he already had it- Thanks to everyone here for making my visit be perfectly smooth!
