A+. Two of my other doctors recommended Dr. Pelle years back. She and all the staff are consistently friendly, prompt, organized and thorough. And most importantly they have taken excellent care of me. Occasionally when I was unable to get in to see Dr. Pelle short term (she’s got a busy practice) the other doctors there have been awesome. Highly recommend and appreciate these care providers.

The 1-star is not for the great care I have received from Ashley and the wonders she has done for my skin. It is for their policies and lack of pleasantry from the front-office. I tried to reschedule (not cancel) an appointment and was told I couldn’t unless I paid a $50 fine because it was my third short-notice change. No payment, no reschedule. I’m a parent of twins and as most of us with kids know that they do not give us 24-hour notice to get sick or injured. Life happens! I understand they could have made money with my 15-minute appointment, but where is the humanity and patient-centered approach to their practice? It’s disappointing that I’m effectively cut off from a provider I trust unless I pay a penalty. That’s not patient-centric, it's purely transactional! Shame!! UPDATE: I received a reply to this review and it was fully focused on lost revenue and completely dismissive. The issue with this group is their complete lack of empathy and the transactional tone toward established patients dealing with real life circumstances. If you read the reviews posted, most of them are about a lack of attention to care and dismissive front office staff! What’s most disappointing is that instead of trying to preserve the patient relationship, the response immediately pivoted to removing me from communications and offering to transfer my records elsewhere. That says everything!!!

I had some concerning growths, that I wanted looked at. Dr Moore was familiar and knowledgeable of what she observed. She clearly explained what she saw and explained my options for how to treat. Of course my treatment was not covered by insurance and considered cosmetic. I was impressed how reasonably priced my treatment was and was more than satisfied overall. I would highly recommend this place, if you have dermatology needs.

I’ve been seeing Dr Pelle for a few years now. She and her staff are all amazing! I have fair skin with lots of little pre cancerous stuff that pops up here and there from all my years of sun exposure. She mapped me out and is very meticulously monitoring and removing when needed. I even did the BluVue therapy and so pleased with the results. My face & skin look and feel so wonderful now! They are always so nice and gentle I don’t feel a thing when needing to do any procedure. I highly recommend this “A-Team” for all dermatology needs.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sarah Moore and she was the most energetic, attentive, and friendliest dermatologist I have ever met with. She listened to every skin concern you had and encouraged you to speak freely. She gave a lot of suggestions and product recommendations. I 100% recommend seeing her. In terms of the other office staff - the front desk receptionist was very friendly and quick to check you in. Dr. Moore's assistant was also very friendly and very attentive. The office space is clean and professional. The office itself is located in the Village Hillcrest space and it can be a tad difficult to find but in your booking reminders and confirmation emails they provide very clear and specific instructions on where to park and how to find the office. Bottom line, I'd definitely recommend this place!
