While parking in the area of this facility is not the best, the center, staff & doctor make up for it. The center itself was very clean & organized to accommodate several patients. The intake staff were professional & helpful. Dr Willoughby was very informative & thorough in his explanation of what I needed to know. Thank you.

Had the best experience with Evangelia! She is such a professional and answered every single one of my questions with thought and care. I came in with a few different concerns and left feeling so much better. Can’t wait to see my post micro needling results over the next few days.

Showed up on time, front desk wasn’t welcoming. Wasn’t seen until 30 min later. My appt was less than 15 min and felt so rushed. No care at all. I went in with concerns but immediately dismissed. I just wanted to have some type of solution but given the bare minimum effort will not be returning.

The doctor laid out all my options, then let ME decide how we were going to proceed. He listened when I spoke, answered all my questions, and took great care of me. Can’t beat that!

As usual my experience was great. Checked in 15 minutes early and got in the exam room after 5 minutes. A few minutes later Dr W did his exam, answered all my questions and injected steroid to my scalp. Even gave me a refill of my antibiotic for my travel to Germany. I highly recommend Dr Willoughby.
