Alright experience, but I feel really reluctant to come back. I came in to examine some skin concerns. They were very efficient, BUT (big but!) my appointment felt extremely rushed to the point where I didn’t even understand what was being diagnosed. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to leave immediately and didn’t bother fully explaining some of my concerns thoroughly. I left with more question, and was very worried about some procedures than what was necessary. When I called the office after my appointment in great distress to ask some follow-up questions, they were able to clarify my concerns, which I greatly appreciated, but at the same time tried to adamantly push me to book me for another appointment just to answer some follow-up questions I believe should’ve been addressed in the appointment. Overall experience was quite upsetting for a first time customer. If you value understanding your skin concerns and thorough explanation - you might not get that experience here. If you don’t mind that at all and just want an efficient evaluation this clinic is all right I suppose. I personally would’ve benefited from more thorough explanations. Still giving 3 stars despite my frustrations.

I have been coming to all skin dermatology for more than 10 years. I have always received professional treatment from Mariam. I recently started going to Hilary Hughes. I explained that the anatomy of every face is unique and one size fits all does not work. Smaller foreheads would receive injections around the hairline. I've never received injections around my hairline due to my high forehead. The results were atypical but acceptable. I experienced very unprofessional, argumentative and irate treatment after showing her the results were not acceptable around my mouth area. She could not dispute that the results were not acceptable on my jowl area. She treated that area in the past and it was addressed appropriately with no follow-up needed I only returned to have that area corrected. She left the room to prepare to correct with a follow-up treatment but I decided to leave instead of accepting the treatment. Not wanting to be treated by someone that was angry. I have sent a detailed email to the manager. I'm looking forward to a possible resolve for unprofessional and argumentative treatment I received for the $660.00 I paid her. Update: The office manager never reached out to me regarding the unprofessional treatment I received. I have since went to another provider and spent another $500 to correct all areas that were not properly injected by Hilary.

Got an appt with Dr Dunn after hearing good reviews, and waited >1.5 months to see her. The Dr ended up cancelling the appt on short notice, so they scheduled me with the NP. While she provided generic recommendations for acne, she did not analyze my skin in any way and the visit was quite casual. Fast forward to a follow up appt, they schedule me with the NP again despite me wanting to see Dr Dunn from the very beginning. When I called back to check if I'd actually be seeing the doctor this time, the staff rudely states that I should've told them thats what I wanted for the follow up appt. The operation seems poorly managed, with an inexplicably rude staff.

My family has been seeing Dr. Dunn for over 12 years. She is an amazing physician who is professional, detail oriented and collaborative with her treatment plans. I have never met such a warm and heart centered doctor who is knowledgable in more than skin care. Her office is a joy to work with as well.

Update: Raising to 5 stars. Office manger reach out and was super prompt at at scheduling the biopsy the same week. In and out in less than 20 minutes! It is really hard to schedule an appointment. I expected it to take a long time to schedule a new patient appointment. I went in for a mole screaning and the doctor said they would quickly be able to have me back in to get a mole biopsied. When I called back to schedule that follow on appointment they are saying I have to wait over a month. The receptionist wasn't very friendly as I explained the difference in the expectation the doctor set vs the actual availability of appointments. It's a little stressful to have a mole that could be cancerous and not be able to get it removed and tested. I know some dermatologists biopsy the mole the same day. I would have looked for a different dermatologist if I knew it was going to be so hard to get follow-up appointments. I'm still giving three stars because the doctor who gave my mole screening was very friendly and thorough.
