CASSANDRA IS A PROBLEM! My mother had to unfortunately deal with the front desk receptionist was extremely rude not once, but twice in two different occasions. 1st time - It was The first time my mother visited this place and parking is horrendous. She finally found parking and was there a three minutes late, Well, those three minutes, cost her an appointment and wasted time. Cassandra Didn’t even bother asking the doctor if she would still take her she simply said you’re late. She cannot see you and dismissed her. My mother then had me call to make an appointment for her all over again. My mother tried to explain the situation to her, and she was extremely rude. 2nd time- My mother Was trying to refer her sister to the dermatology, Because unlike Cassandra, the rest of the staff is extremely nice, especially the doctors. She unfortunately, had to deal with Cassandra once again, where She was extremely rude and raised her voice to my mother because she said my mother didn’t understand. Again, there was no HIPAA information that was being asked or It was simply regarding availability and how my aunt could transfer her services from a different clinic. My mother is definitely not want to complain, but she drew the line once Cassandra raised her voice at her a few times and made her feel like she was incompetent. I urge this office to please do better And reassess her customer service skills as she is very rude and condescending to certain patients.

I’ve been to this location twice for a dryness on my scalp, that resembled dandruff but only on that spot. When the PA came in and looked at it, she said it was just a growth and she would freeze it off. Okay I said, you know best. That made it worse. I went in a month later saw a different PA who walked in with the freezer thing in hand, like already knowing that’s what she would use, I said no, that didn’t work. She prescribed a liquid called Clobetasol Prop .05% within days this growth I’ve had for months started to fade away… why didn’t they just prescribe this in the first place! My take, I pay coinsurance . (Around $100) for them to freeze it off, I really wish they had just prescribed this the first time around. After that they made a follow up for January 5, which was maybe a month away. Like many people, my insurance changed on Jan1, I informed this to the front desk that it would change but still be a PPO. They said no problem. Well I get a voicemail on Jan 1 saying they’ve canceled my appointment because my insurance is no longer active. So Instead of calling me to to ask for my new insurance or instead of saying “hey your insurance is not valid you’ll pay out of pocket” that would’ve been fine. But to cancel it all together ? I tried calling now to fix this but they don’t answer, and I won’t bother to call back, since I won’t be back here again.

Went for my child and my concerns weren’t taken too seriously. I tried reaching out about my concerns but was unable to reach out directly but did through a third party scheduler. When talking to my primary doctor about this interaction they lied and told the doctor they spoke to me personally . The doctor at the office eventually reached out and I explained how the situation getting worst the doctor suggested I scheduled an appointment at a different location because they did not have availability. In other words they prescribed something that didn’t work and didn’t want to deal with helping find a solution on a CHILD. When calling to reschedule at a different location, no one answered and there was no call back. I don’t usually do reviews but they caused a large amount of stress on me and my child and did not follow through with the treatments and as professionals left us to figure it out on our own.

Darlyn and Joanna, are the ladies that hold fort they are very attentive and respectful. They managed to get me in as soon as I arrived. I made a mistake on my appointment and they were able to adjust and reschedule me immediately to see the doctor within 10 minutes of my arrival. amazing ladies! Thank you! Tatiana:)

Very bad experience with Arisa PA. She did not perform an assessment nor did inform about the medications she is going to prescribe. I have to keep asking and confirm with her. She said she will have pharmacy deliver medications to the home, but we have not received any medications. Seemingly they have a collab with this apple specialty pharmacy so the clinic didn't even bother to ask what pharmacy we use. Very disappointed, leaving with no medications to help with the skin over the weekend.
