The doctor was wonderful. She performed a thorough physical examination. Post examination she discussed her impression calming our pre-examination concerns. It was a very satisfactory experience. The visit was not rushed, demonstrating priority to detail, empathy and dignity toward the patient. Her assistant performed a thorough clinical observation, offered the option of a gown, which was appreciated as it gave the impression of good hygiene and readiness. The physicians licenses are available for every patient to view, which was a big plus. The inside of the clinic was clean and aestetically pleasing. One sad note. Upon arrival one of the front desk receptionist which should serves as the clinics first impression, the provider of customer support and the visitors welcome, raised her voice, interrupting/dismissing most patients inquiries with a "sit down, sit down". Most of the patients, including ourselves were embarrassed by her aproach as it was interpreted as dispectful. The receptionist is the person who welcomes, supports, not the one who ushers away without an initial proper introduction of the rules of the clinic. Next time we go, we will arrive without an introduction of our arrival, hoping for the best.

The office space was very nice and clean, the staff super friendly , and Dr. Calvin Sung is a very good doctor! He listened to all my concerns and addressed all my questions and made me feel at ease! He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I Would highly recommend this office and Dr. Sung to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the area. Thanks Dr Sung!!

Very happy with my first visit, busy practice but the whole process was very smooth from the front desk to the provider. Dr Sung explained everything very clearly including the assistant, very satisfied.

I’ve only visited this office twice and both times they apologized for being in a hurry - and it feels like that. I came for a recheck and Dr. didn’t know why I was there. Nono e did actually. I had to tell them. Seems like someone would have read my chart. On my first visit the annual screening was very cursory. Not sure this is the right office for me. Other family members have been happy here.
