The clinic feels calm and tidy, soft music, no strong smell, front desk switched between English and Chinese really smoothly which helped a lot. Doctor was professional and attentive, actually looked closely at my skin and explained things in simple terms, not rushed at all. The way they handled the whole hydrafacial process felt careful and pretty relaxing, my face looked fresher walking out.
