Man they r outta this world w there customer service skills and that’s something super rare now a day. I had a small procedure done but I kind of got woozy from it they fed me gave me a drink & monitored me closely till I felt I was ok then ready to leave! Pleasantly surprised! Not to mention the doctor dr. Wu was fast & made sure I was comfy at every single turn. Anything big or small I’m sure they can handle! Plus I’ve noticed lots of staff so everyone is always assisting one another great experience.

I had a procedure done in office, Dr.Hu was very friendly and the procedure was very quick and efficient. She even called me after I got home to check in. Chloe stayed with me the whole time, she did the numbing process sat in with the procedure and stayed for the stitches. I am so thankful she was there, she was friendly and comforting. She talked me through the whole process and kept reassuring me that they would take good care of me. It was a very positive experience for something I was very nervous for. Very happy with the whole experience, would definitely recommend them.

Doctor Hu was very professional and personable, her assistant was absolutely fabulous, their office takes exceptional care to ensure their clients comfort within the professional setting. Dr. Hu even rang me before closing to check on me and my comfort level and remind me of my limitations. I highly recommend the company for anybody looking for exceptional care.

Chris and Chloe were great team very professional, very caring, and very personable; concerned about me having any pain. Explained everything that they were doing. Listened wells to Dr. Hu's instructions. Very great! Satisfied with the care I received!

I admire every member of the supportive staff here. Each one listens to me, is kind and competent. I could not think of a better dermatology center to choose for my needs. I do believe that Dr Hu is good at what she does, but she does not take the time to talk about my concerns and often contradicts what I suggest. Her patience is not long, but I do believe in her excellent surgical skills.
