Want to give a shout out to Dr. Jedlowski, Anita and Ana. I recently had Moh's surgery on my nose/forehead which was anything short of a fun time. However Dr. Jedlowski and his nurses Anita and Ana all went beyond and above to do everything they could to make things a glass half full versus a glass half empty. Any concerns or issues I was experiencing were immediately addressed with care and genuine concern in an effort to make things as comfortable for me as possible. They all listen and try to do what is best for you. Thumbs up to a great team.

I came here to establish care for annual skin checks and to have a mole I was concerned about checked out. I heard about this office from my fiancé, who has been going here for years. 10/10 experience. The lobby was very clean and the front desk staff was welcoming. The atmosphere of the lobby was very nice. It took less than 5 minutes from the time of check-in to be called into the room. The person who handled the initial questions was very friendly and welcoming. The PA, Kasey Hollandsworth, was very thorough with the skin check and was extremely kind and explained everything in great detail. She removed the mole I was concerned about and explained what it would feel like during the removal and went over aftercare instructions in great detail. Her assistant was also very thorough in explaining how to take care of the site with cleaning and provided me with a package of bandaids and ointment to take home. If you are looking for a dermatologist office, I highly recommend this one.

Wound care here is fabulous...they help to educate you about the healing process as well as measure your healing throughout. This is a good place to get my daily sun screen products and NUTRAFOL ♡ it is located in the River Plaza just West of Campbell lower level Suite 101. Technicians are professional and friendly.

Recently my husband and I had a healthy skin check at the Vail office. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. We were welcomed to a clean and comfortable environment by the front staff. Our actual exam was thorough and we were able to ask questions and get clear and honest answers from the care provider. It truly was one of the easiest appointments ever. Check out was simple and we will return in a year! We encourage everyone to put their skin out there for a check up in Tucson. Stay healthy and well for 2026.

Weirdest phone call with one of the girls making appointments. I called to make an appointment but was confused by the name change so I asked some questions like “ has anything changed, and will it still be the same providers” the woman seemed annoyed so I asked “have many people been calling and asking the same questions” and with stress and annoyance in Her voice she says “YES”. I then said “ I can tell, you seem really annoyed”. Here’s where it got weird, her voice shot up several decimals and she exclaimed with a weird creepy laugh that she’s not annoyed. I explained I would just make the appointment online as to not upset her more. She then again got this super creepy laugh while saying “ok well I hope you have a really great day”. All I could do was laugh too, but it was really awkward. Needless to say I still don’t have an appointment and I’m not sure what’s going on over there so maybe I’ll wait for now. Maybe let your patients know what’s going on so your staff isn’t so overwhelmed explaining what’s going on.
