The office was easy to get to and like brand new. The office staff was helpful and kind. Bridget and her assistant were absolutely lovely. I can't wait for my 6 month visit. Thank you so much

Amazingly found an appointment right away. A miracle to get one within 1-2 days. Person helping me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great instructions and such.

Went in for another annual exam and Dr. Shaw was again very thorough and explained what several growths were on different areas of face neck, and shoulders. There was one on my forehead and neck that has been very irritating to me and she said she could freeze those to eliminate the discomfort. There was also a fairly large one on the shoulder that she was also going to freeze and then explained there were a few more in a group in that same area and she might as well try to get rid of all of them before they grow much larger at the same time. As always, she was very professional and very easy to talk to and also told me if this procedure didn’t take care of these particular areas that I could come back and she would give them a second treatment if needed. I always feel completely comfortable in her care And everyone I come in contact at this office are very pleasant to communicate with.

Bridget Shaw and Cassie and all the staff at Epiphany Dermatology were absolutely fabulous. This was a somewhat emotional visit for me, and they treated me professionally and with compassion and addressed all my issues. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology and all the staff from the person who greeted me at the front desk to the person who said goodbye to me as I left, And everyone in between Thank you 🙏🏻

Great customer service from the moment you walk into the office to the time to check out My nurse practitioner Brigitte is exceptional. she explained with paper and words everything I needed to know , and answered all questions I had about the reason of my visit.I will recommend this practice 💯
