The rating is for their appointment system, that they recently changed. It has become incredibly frustrating and difficult to make an appointment. If you want to make an appointment online you have to download an app, yet, once you download the app, you cant make online appointments and it asks you to call. When you call, you get the joy of talking to robot named Aly who has no knowledge of you being an existing patient and requests you to provide all your insurance information again. When you ask to talk to the staff, you end up on the voicemail. Im at the point where I am looking at other dermatologiat options... Simple because I can't book an appointment. I hope someone at Omni sees this rating and makes a change.

My experience at Omni is always: "You are right where you belong" as the saying goes. The opposite of pretentious and fru fru, the pleasant efficient staff are always helpful. The MD and her assistant were assuring and caring while being astute and very knowledgeable. I have been with Omni for many years. They have cured dangerous skin problems and been very helpful cosmetically as well. A sincere Thank You! -M Perrault

Staff always accommodating. Two Dr’s seen at this office. Both really great with my daughter. Dr’s have always been on time.

Had 4 hour Mohs procedure at Omni. The Mohs surgery took 3 different skin samples before all squamous cell tissue was removed and stitch up could begin. Dr. Jeffrey Dickman and the entire medical team were so kind and professional. Yes, I recommend.

I highly recommend the Omni Dermotology practice on Mc Dowell Rd.. I have had two appointments here, and find the staff pleasant, helpful, and available when necessary..Tana Frumento is an excellent practitioner, & very competent!! I am so glad I found this Dermatology clinic!!
