I saw Dr. Ackerman for the third time today. I have a unique condition that, up until now, only the symptoms could be treated. I was referred to Dr. Ackerman by an ENT who had heard that she was treating my condition in new ways, with a good level of success. On my first visit we tried a treatment. After a month or so it did not work, but instead of giving up, Dr. Ackerman had another idea. i have now been on that treatment for 4 weeks and have begun to see improvement (I was told ahead of time that it could take a while to work). Dr. Ackerman is extremely pleasant, very intelligent and a fantastic doctor. Although I was not in for a body check, she noticed a spot on my head and immediately took a loot at that as well. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Ackerman and her PA Jolene.

Dr. Ackerman is the most extremely intelligent knowledgeable dermatologist physician I have ever come across. I have been in healthcare for as a nurse and as a provider for 20 years. She took care of me and gave me hope with diagnosing me snd treating , when so many other providers could not. Dermatology is not just Botox and lasers and mole checks. The skin tells us so much more of what can be going on within the body. And she understands that down to Microbiology level that astounds me. Follower her at @Skintellagent on social 😇

One of the best doctors I have ever had! Dr. Ackerman spends time with me, talks with, makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. She thinks thoughtfully about my treatment and makes sure that it is working and if it isn't she rethinks things. She is an amazing doctor.

I was so impressed and happy with Dr. Ackerman. One of the best Doctors. I was surprised and saddened that all my information was deleted and I had to start over as a new patient because I hadn't seen her in 5 years. I am not a new patient! Not the way to treat your patients no matter how wonderful you are...

I’ve seen Dr Ackerman for about 15 years and have a file that takes up an entire cabinet. I’m a 75 year old retired male, and I believe I’m alive now only because she is the best diagnostician I’ve ever encountered. She is a great doctor—she just happens to specialize in dermatology. I also believe my wife is alive because she happened to go in with me while she was in the midst of an extended medical crisis and in 5 minutes she successfully diagnosed my wife’s condition that all her other doctors had missed. She’s a godsend.
