This dermatologist is overall great! The serum my doctor gave as a sample and the prescribed medicines are fast working it seems like she knew it would help quickly knowing my preference was to get my skin cleared quickly. They explained everything super well and made sure to answer all my questions.

I was well received and After explaining my situation they were extremely professional and accommodating. One of the best experiences I have had with this kind of service. They will first on my list if I need to visit someone again.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THESE PEOPLE!! Absolutely horrible experience with the openly hostile front staff dealing with an insurance issue they were confused about. They refused to call the number on my card specifically meant to resolve this issue, nor talk to the person from my insurance company when I did! I’ve never seen staff so obstinate about trying to solve a simple issue so I can be seen. They kept insisting I would have to be “self pay” if I wanted to keep my appointment and they would “pay me back” when my insurance company reimbursed them. It had really strange sales/high pressure vibes. Trying to convert everyone to self pay to get my credit card upfront AND bill the insurance company feels like maybe they’re going out of business and just trying to get as much upfront before they shutter the doors and leave with everyone’s money. I would never ever feel comfortable giving these people my credit card info after this experience and I would say be really careful for anyone else considering this place that they are trying to double dip getting cash upfront AND billing your insurance.

I typically don’t leave reviews but felt the need to hopefully cause a little more urgency in the practice. I had been here 2x for a few spots that I needed to keep an eye on, each time being told “they are atypical but probably nothing” and after my gut told me that is not a sufficient answer, I saw another experienced dermatologist who was so disappointed these hadn’t been removed sooner. Got them removed / biopsied hoping it’s nothing but “probably fine” is a crazy thing to say as a dermatology’s when it comes to potential skin cancers.
