I originally gave them a 5 star. After trying for several days and getting an automated response, NO Help, and hearing they are closed- even though the hours show open- I am reducing my stars. The customer service is terrible and can't talk to anyone who can answer my question. Allison Peterson still gets 5 stars! Previously...I met with the assistant first and she was very helpful and explained my options of having a full body skin scan as well as some other helpful information. I saw Alison Peterson, PA-C as the doctor. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She found one spot that was skin cancer as she performed the skin scan. She also helped me with the explanation of senior acne. I was very pleased. I would recommend her to others and have already done so to my mom. Thank you Pinnacle dermatology in Mesa! You surpassed my expectations.

I am very impressed with Pinnacle Dermatology! Alison Peterson could not be more knowledgeable and personable! Frank Tobin did a great job with the basal removal surgery.

A Breath of Fresh Air !! From the moment Checking in at the front desk and then meeting the Nurse who was very friendly I couldn't ask for more !! Dr. Alison came in who Really showed so much Compassion Took her time and really cared ! A+ Job all the way around , Office was very clean and very inviting .
