Their client volume seems to be way too high for what they can handle, and it comes at the cost of patient care. I made an appointment 4 months in advance for a follow up so I could see the same doctor that saw me previously. A week and a half before my appointment, right before Easter weekend, I got a text that my appointment was no longer available. I work during the day, so I wasn't able to call back until 2 business days later to reschedule. They informed me that I wouldn't be able to book with that doctor for a follow up until 2 months later, and the soonest availability was over a week later with a doctor from their other clinic. I politely voiced my frustration, the receptionist was respectful but couldn't do anything about it and really didn't seem to care. I've been a receptionist myself, so I understand scheduling conflicts come up, but typically we would hold extra days to offer patients we had to cancel on so they didn't have to wait 2 months for a follow up... Their paperwork is also on an ipad and takes longer to fill out than you see the actual doctor... and it has ads! Again, great doctors, but highly considering going to a new clinic just to not have to deal with this again. Please decline new patients for a few weeks until you can provide proper care and professionalism for the volume of patients you already have. It seems your office staff is frustrated and overwhelmed, too. After reading the reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem.

Do you enjoy waiting in line? How about using a dirty tablet to share your medical information? A patient in front of me turned in his tablet. Without any hesitation, the receptionist pressed a couple buttons and handed it to me without cleaning it. The lobby was full, and I mean full. There were about 25-30 people waiting. That is just nasty. I didn't complain. I filled out the forms and gave the tablet back making sure not to touch my face, hoping there would be an opportunity to wash my hands or use alcohol in the exam room. I can't really tell you about the dermatologist, because I didn't see one. My appointment was for 9:45 and at 10:45 I politely told the receptionist that I was going to leave so they wouldn't have to keep calling my name. She told me I was next. I assumed they bumped me up in line since there were still about 10 people waiting that were there before me. I waited a few more minutes while they came out and called 2 other people. I guess I wasn't next. So, I left. My appointment was just an annual skin exam. I'm only 40 and had one done last year, so it wasn't important. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I scheduled my appointment 3 or 4 months in advance and the appointment date fell in the new year. Well they changed their policy to having to have your insurance card at every visit but I did not receive any notice of this change. When I arrived at my appointment I was rudely turned away with the front desk person, Michelle, telling me that they wouldn’t be able to see me. She did tell me I can reschedule but there was no apology, nor any trying to reconcile the issue. This appointment took a lot of time out of my schedule and a lot of time to get ready for. If you want HORRIBLE customer service then come here to this office. A side Breanna Deets is a great doctor inspite of their front desk customer service

Great staff who seem to really care about their patients. Very polite, pleasant and informative as to what you can expect.

Doctor and assistant were friendly, but i paid 144 dollars for less than 8 minutes of their time for a full skin exam. When I checked in, I asked what the skin exams start at- the woman at the front desk explained they start at 118 dollars. When I checked out, the lady who checked me out, (who was also very rude) said that my visit would be costing 144 dollars. I asked her why it was more than the 118 dollar minimum. She said “I don’t know what they did in the exam room.” She then asked the medical assistant what they did in the exam room to make it cost more, and he said it was just a typical exam. So I asked again why it was 144 dollars and not 118, to which she replied she didn’t know why but that’s what it is. Really unprofessional, and poor price transparency.
