This dermatology group is terrific!! The staff is very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have had many removals of skin cancers, including melanoma, and every one has been perfect. Dr. Kessler is a patient’s doctor, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and an excellent surgeon. Dr. Debbie Layton is a master, as a plastic surgeon and also a wonderful person. If you want to be treated respectfully, with excellent care, Alta Dermatology is the perfect choice. Tom Watson, Mesa, AZ

Absolutely great care. It starts when you first enter and register for your appointment. The front end staff is very cordial and meets the patient with a smile and handles all the registration. Best front end staff at any Dr's office I've ever visited. An assistant will then greet you and take you back to an exam room. They'll ask additional questions and finish the information process. Dr Kessler takes all the time needed and is never in a hurry. He'll answer all your questions and explains exactly, in a way, anyone will understand. I've been going there for over 14 years. Many of my retired friends are also patients there and all have great experiences.

I visited Dr. Jeffies at Alta Dermatology today for a routine checkup. I could not ask for a more professional office visit. The staff is wonderful, and there was no more than a five minute wait. Dr. Jeffies is exceptionally thorough, yet gentle and she exudes a personality that makes an exam comfortable and educational. Skin cancer is nothing to be taken lightly, and this practice deserves 5 stars

What a marvelous healing environment is presented here. From the kind and patient front office staff to the medical assistants everything is geared to making one feel comfortable. Dr. Kessler is wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable yet kind and easy to talk to. I know I get the best and most professional dermatological care here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Kessler’s father was also my dermatologist many years ago…what a great family of healers - true healers in every sense of the word.

I have been a patient at Alta Dermatology for over fifteen years. Dr. Kessler the father of the present Dr. Kessler was my original dermatologist. Dr. Kessler senior provided me with excellent service and tended to a number of issues I had with dermatological issues. At my age of seventy seven the sun had not been kind. I did have some concern when his retirement came because of the service I received, however, I continued with Alta Dermatology with his son now being the provider. I remain a patient with Dr. Kessler for a number of reasons. He exhibits many of the traits necessary to be a competent and professional as well a a skilled dermatologist. He is one whom I believe cares deeply for his patients and their well being. I will remain a patient of Dr. Kessler for the excellent service provided. I believe that his father would have been extremely proud of his son to carry on the high standards that had been set.
